ScribbleVet allows us to record your pet’s appointments for internal use, helping our medical team capture and reference important information. We value your privacy and want to ensure you’re fully informed about how these recordings are used.

Appointment Recording
You consent to the recording of your pet’s veterinary appointments. If you prefer not to be recorded, please let a member of our team know prior to your visit.
Usage Rights
You give Adirondack Veterinary Hospital permission to securely store and use these recordings — and any materials you voluntarily provide — to improve clinical documentation and care quality.
Age & Understanding
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you understand and accept the terms of this agreement.
We believe in transparency and respect for our clients and patients. These recordings are never used for marketing purposes and are handled with the same level of confidentiality as all your pet’s medical records.
